To identify the most rewarding loyalty programs, a comprehensive survey of thousands of members was conducted, evaluating hundreds of programs across 39 distinct categories. The methodology employed in this ranking assessed customer satisfaction, perceived value, customer support, trust, the likelihood of a member recommending a program to friends and family, and overall benefits. The resulting list recognizes 275 companies and programs, showcasing a diverse range of offerings, from 7 Brew Coffee's Rewards and Amazon's Visa credit card to Columbia's Greater Rewards, Pogo, Royal Farms' ROFO Rewards, Thorntons Refreshing Rewards, Victoria's Secret Credit Card, and Vitamin Shoppe's Healthy Awards.This ranking serves as a valuable resource for consumers seeking to maximize their benefits, whether it's earning points on their daily coffee run, unlocking special travel perks, or simply enjoying exclusive discounts and rewards. The featured brands represent a selection of the many participating companies; in several cases, multiple brands and subsidiaries within an awarded category contribute to a single loyalty program.The 2025 ranking of America's Best Loyalty Programs was meticulously compiled based on the results of an independent survey conducted among customers who actively participate in loyalty programs offered by retailers or service providers in the United States. Access panels were utilized to ensure a representative sample of over 4,000 American customers, each providing evaluations of several brands, resulting in a total of over 19,000 evaluations collected. The survey spanned from October to November 2024.Loyalty programs were defined as all reward programs that offered customers a benefit upon purchasing or using products or services from the associated brands. The survey encompassed retailers and service providers across 39 categories, providing insights into a wide spectrum of loyalty programs spanning traditional retail, online retail, and service sectors.The final assessment and ranking were determined based on six key evaluation criteria: Benefit, measuring the perceived value of rewards; Overall satisfaction, gauging whether personal expectations were met and customer experience was positive; Customer support, evaluating the level of assistance provided during program enrollment or benefit redemption; Trust, assessing the confidence in how the loyalty program handles personal data; Likelihood to recommend, indicating the probability of a member suggesting the program to others.
