A state-wide Amber Alert was issued for the pair around 10:15 p.m.

Gutshall was driving a gray 2016 VW Jetta, registration PA KXR 3699. She is described as being 5 foot 2 inches tall, 100 pounds with light brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing blue sweatpants and a hoodie.Anyone with information on Moss’ whereabouts is asked to contact police through 911, or call Downington police directly at 610-633-8810.
