-- New Jersey State Police issued an AMBER Alert on Monday for a missing 4-year-old boy in Salem County.
Lincoln Walker was last seen at Cedar Grove Apartments on Grieves Parkway in Salem, according to police.The suspect is Daishaliz Velez-Fernandez, who police said was driving a 2010 black Ford Fusion with New Jersey license plate Z25PAD.Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
