AmaZulu Book Nedbank Cup Last 16 Berth With Late Winner
DURBAN, SOUTH AFRICA - FEBRUARY 22: AmaZulu celebrate the goal during the Nedbank Cup, Last 32 match between AmaZulu FC and Royal AM at King Zwelithini Stadium on February 22, 2024 in Durban, South Africa.
Royal AM, on the other hand, made only one enforced change, as Siphesihle Msomi took the place of the suspended Mzwandile Dlamini. Usuthu continued to pressurize Royal AM as just after the half-hour mark Ben Motshwari had a chance with a strike from the edge of the box that was parried away by goalkeeper Hugo Nyame.
The game opened up in the second stanza but AmaZulu had another big chance on the hour-mark after Moremi went clear on goal but he was fouled by the last defender, who only got a yellow card.
