Gamers are raving about the latest virtual reality headset to launch in Australia, calling it the “best value for money”. The Meta Quest 3 in 128GB and 512GB is available at Amazon Australia and is usually priced from $799.99, but for the final days of Amazon’s Prime Day sales you can pick up a headset from $699.99. It’s the most powerful Quest device yet, featuring next-level performance with more than double the graphic processing power of Quest 2.
There are already a number of positive reviews on the Amazon website with “massive improvement over the Quest 2”. “It has better resolution, improved graphics, controller and hand/body tracking and a slimmer fit,” one reviewer said. “When the Quest 2 was introduced, it was labelled as the best value for money in the VR world, and with the introduction of the Quest 3, this statement is no different,” said another.
