Amazon puso en marcha una tienda en línea de bajo costo que ofrece electrónicos, ropa y otros productos a precios inferiores a 20 dólares, en un esfuerzo por competir con los minoristas de descuento que han ido invadiendo cada vez más el terreno del gigante del comercio electrónico.
“Encontrar productos excelentes a precios muy bajos es importante para los clientes, y seguimos explorando formas de trabajar con nuestros socios vendedores para que puedan ofrecer productos a precios ultra bajos”, dijo en un comunicado Dharmesh Mehta, vicepresidente de Servicios Mundiales para Socios Vendedores de Amazon. “Son los primeros días de esta experiencia, y seguiremos escuchando a los clientes mientras la refinamos y la expandimos en las próximas semanas y meses”.
