This Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action pursuant to Section 5 of the FTC Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45, 15 U.S.C. § 26, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331, 1337, and 1345, and supplemental jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1367. This Court's exercise of supplemental jurisdiction over State Plaintiffs' state law claims will avoid unnecessary duplication and multiplicity of actions and will promote the interests of judicial economy, convenience, and fairness. 42.
