Players who miss minicamp without team permission can be fined -- $16,953 for the first absence, $33,908 for the second and $50,855 for the third. A player who missed an entire minicamp can be fined up to $101,716.. “He’s played really well for us the past two years. He’s a strong presence in the locker room.
