Tropical Depression AmangPH caused massive flooding in parts of Quezon and the Bicol region before it weakened to a low-pressure area.
According to Ivan Mayrina's report on "24 Oras", there were reports of chest-high floods in Lopez, Quezon which caused residents to flee.
According to the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office Quezon, several rivers in the town overflowed due to heavy rain. In Mulanay, Quezon, no one is allowed to sail. Rivers are also closed in bamboo groves and areas in Atimonan as it continues to be monitored.As Amang weakened to an LPA on Thursday, the Philippine Coast Guard allowed vessels to travel in and out of Catanduanes.
