MANILA — As the coronavirus pandemic continues to force global lockdowns, psychological, aside from physical health, has become an equally important aspect of the new normal of physical distancing.

He recalled having "cold sweats and fast heart rate," to the point that he could seeh his "pulse on my wrist and chest." Noting he is now "100% better," Lawrence said what helped was seeking helping from friends who could advise ways of "healing in all kinds of realms." What immediately addressed his anxiety, Lawrence recalled, was an adjustment in his diet, with a friend observing he had been lacking carbohydrates.
