Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) was used in the construction of at least 38 schools in Scotland.
Around 20,000 pupils are attending Scottish schools with potentially deadly concrete, it has been revealed.
Forres Academy in Moray was closed for two days last week, and pupils in other schools are also facing disruption. UK Education Secretary Gillian Keegan made the decision to close up to 100 schools in England, following three incidents, including the collapse of a school beam at Queen Victoria School in Dunblane.
