Allen okays a new business park that already has a major tenant
The planned Allen business park would include two buildings.Allen’s planning commission has given the go-ahead for a new business park on State Highway 121 that has already attracted a major tenant.The proposed developmentOne of the buildings has already been leased to Omnilife, a Mexico-based nutritional products and supplement firm. The company plans to use the location to house its U.S. headquarters, Allen planning commissioners were told at Tuesday night’s meeting.
Allen’s planning commission voted overwhelmingly to approve plans for the business park. The project still must be OK’d by the City Council. Heady Investments has a track record of building commercial developments in Plano, Frisco, Allen and McKinney.
