CourtesyIt is understood the community suspected the unknown man of being a serial rapist and is also said to have been robbing women in the area.Police spokesperson Colonel Lungelo Dlamini said the situation is calm and no arrests have been made.
“Police responded to the scene and members of the crowd dispersed. The situation is under control now calm but we are investigating this incident", said Dlamini.
