Lemark Norwood, 44, of Bordentown was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and endangering an injured victim, the Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office said Tuesday.
Investigators tracked down Norwood by reviewing automated license plate reader data, checking surveillance camera footage from the area and finding witnesses who were in the area at the time. Norwood was issued summonses and released with a court date. He is represented by an attorney in the public defender’s office, who couldn’t immediately be reached.
