The Bay Area News Group is recognizing the top high school football players in its coverage area from the 2022 season.

Unanimous all-Bay Valley Athletic League first-team choice averaged 35.8 yards per punt in 18 attempts, including four inside the 20, and had 52 touchbacks in 68 kickoffs. Also received first-team all-Bay Area News Group honors last season.Big-game player kicked a 37-yard field goal in the waning seconds during a rainstorm to beat Marin Catholic 19-17 for the NorCal 2-A title, then kicked a 37-yard field goal in the closing seconds to send the 2-A state final into OT.
