Digi customers can now get over-the-counter service at Celcom branded stores and vice versa. All 534 CelcomDigi branded stores nationwide provide 11 types of services to both Celcom and Digi customers.
has announced that all of its 534 branded stores can now serve customers from both Celcom and Digi brands. This provides customers with seamless ease of sales and service transactions at a store nearest to them which includes existing Celcom BlueCube and Digi Stores along with its exclusive partner stores.
At the moment, both Celcom and Digi stores offer 11 types of sales and service transactions to both Celcom and Digi customers which include bill payments, plan changes, SIM card replacements and prepaid reloads. New Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers of both Celcom and Digi can also complete their plan registrations, MNP registrations, or make internet purchases at all the branded touchpoints.
