Alison Roman is making a comeback
Alison Roman, a chef and cookbook author, will host her own cooking show on CNN’s new streaming service this year, marking a comeback after she faced backlash in 2020 for making negative comments about model/influencer Chrissy Teigen and author Marie Kondo. The show, which CNN described as “highly opinionated and never finicky” will launch on the network’s upcoming streaming subscription service CNN+ in spring.
It’s Roman’s first major deal since she faced fallout in 2020 after accusing model-turned-lifestyle business owner Chrissy Teigen and Marie Kondo, an author and organizational consultant with her own Netflix show, of being sellouts.
