It’s back to school for former Quezon City congressman Alfred Vargas who is now pursuing his doctorate degree at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City.
“Yes, after finishing my masters in public administration in UPNCPAG in 2021, I took the entrance exam of the college last year naman . I passed it, and I am now pursuing my PhD in UPSURP to become an urban planner,” said Alfred during a recent interview.
Alfred, 43, said that he loves being a student once again. He even shared some photos on social media on his first day of school at the State University.
