Alex Jones makes The One Show announcement after viewers left dazzled by Margot Robbie and her Barbie 'prank'
Alex Jones made an announcement about The One Show at the end of the latest programme that featured a star-studded guest lineup. On Thursday night , the presenter and her co-host Roman Kemp were joined live on the green sofa by Margot Robbie and America Ferrera before Billy Porter completed the guest trio.
The film follows Margot and Ryan Gosling's Barbie and Ken as they venture beyond the safety of the Barbieland borders and into the “real world”. However, the pair become embroiled in trouble, posing for LA police department mugshots and becoming the target of a hunt led by the chief executive of a toy company, played by Will Ferrell.
Margot told how she cheekily got some of the crew members who were reluctant to commit to the pink dress code by decorating their trailer in glitter and streamers. "I'd say the grips were the most resistant. Then I decorated the truck for them since they weren't getting into the pink spirit," she revealed. "I snuck off and covered the whole thing in pink streamers and glitter and everything, they got on board after that.
