Although it seems unlikely that manager Dusty Baker is a part of the Las Vegas shenanigans, Bregman said the 73-year-old lived it up in the postgame celebration when he won his first World Series as a manager. "Dusty was ready to party, he was fired up," Bregman said."He was ready to go into the clubhouse, pop some champagne and have a good time. Honestly, it was so cool to be on the team that helped him win his first one. He’s been unbelievable. He’s won so many games in the big leagues, won so many playoff games. I was so fired up for Dusty, he’s a great, great manager, great guy."— that kicked off the best month of his season. He hit .
"When Reagan and I had Knox, he kind of put things into perspective for us, told us what really mattered in the world and it was really cool," Bregman said."It was an awesome experience to be able to have your first child and I feel like mentally, you don’t care if you go to the ballpark and go 0-for-4 after the game, because you’re going home to your son, so you leave it all out on the field and you’re able to flush things a lot easier.
