The parents and sister of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins have filed a new lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and others involved in the film, alleging battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress among other claims.
Attorney Gloria Allred announced that the lawsuit was filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court on behalf of Anatolii Androsovych, Hutchins' father, Olga Solovey, Hutchins’ mother; and Svetlana Zemko, Hutchins’ sister.
Hutchins, 42, was killed Oct. 21, 2021, during filming for “Rust” at the Bonanza Creek Ranch in Santa Fe County,
