Sure, who wouldn’t want a £200 bottle of one of the world’s most celebrated reds languishing in their labyrinthine wine cellar, next to the 1928 Petrus perhaps? But name anyone who actually has a cellar these days, a pokey cupboard under the stairs is more likely, if we’re lucky.
