The more than 11-acre project will include 545 high-end residential units, 36,000 square feet of modern Class-A office space, and 47,000 square feet of retail space. The project is taking shape at the site of the former Coca Cola plant across from the Von Braun Center. Additional phases, including plans for a boutique hotel, a Class A office tower, luxury condos, and more are expected to be disclosed at a future date.Initiative will enter the design phase early next year.
