Latarius Mylik Dale is facing charges of first-degree domestic violence and burglary after allegedly beating a woman with whom he had a romantic relationship. The incident occurred in the Cottonwood area of Houston County, Alabama. Dale was involved in a high-speed traffic accident prior to the attack and was released from a hospital on Friday morning. The victim, who sought a protection order against Dale, and Dale have children together.
DOTHAN, Ala. - A Houston County man faces charges he brutally beat a woman with whom he had a romantic relationship.
“He came through the back door of her home,” Houston County Sheriff Donald Valenza at Friday afternoon’s press conference. Dale, per the sheriff, was involved in a high-speed traffic accident Thursday morning before officers knew what had happened. He was released from a Dothan hospital Friday morning.
