Alabama Crimson Tide football team has added transfer cornerback Kool-Aid Calhoun from the University of Utah. Calhoun was ranked as one of the top cornerbacks in the transfer portal and will bolster Alabama's secondary.

Calhoun played for Utah this past season after a year at Michigan. He’s from Cincinnati, Ohio. Calhoun is listed at 6-foot-1, 177 pounds. He is Alabama’s two transfer portal additions so far. Meanwhile, about a dozen Crimson Tide players have entered the transfer portal . During this past season at Utah, Calhoun saw playing time in 11 of them, starting one. 61 player overall. As a prospect, Calhoun was a four-star and the No. 41 cornerback in the 2023 recruiting class per the 247Sports Composite.
