On Wednesday, Alabama officials marked the start of construction of RailPort Logsitcs Mobile, a logistics park off Rabbit Creek in Theodore.

State and local officials, including Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey , Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson , and U.S. Rep. Barry Moore , celebrated the groundbreaking of RailPort Logistics Mobile, a logistics park with connection to CSX rail service, on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2024. The park is on Todd Acres Drive in Theodore. Developers and state officials—including Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey and U.S. Rep.
