DeBoer’s squad is set to open SEC play on Saturday, facing Georgia at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The Bulldogs are ranked No. 1 in the coaches poll, and second in the AP media top 25.
-- DeBoer acknowledges that Georgia is the Tide’s first SEC game, and how much the game has meant in the past for college football fans. -- Peewee from Grand Bay gets the first question as usual. He congratulates the Alabama offensive line on its Wisconsin performance and asks how the group has come together since that game. DeBoer says group has done a nice job, and it’s been helpful to get reps during week off. Says Tide has had more continuity in practice in lead-up to Georgia game.

Says Alabama also has “a lot of strengths.” Notes both teams have continued to learn and improve throughout season. -- Stewart asks Booker what he likes to spend his time on. Booker speaks about giving back to the community, and discusses the football camp he puts on in in Connecticut and working with Big Brothers/ Big Sisters in Tuscaloosa.
