Alabama football managed to flip running back Jace Clarizio, who is from East Lansing, Michigan.
The Crimson Tide flipping Clarizio is significant considering he is from East Lansing, Michigan, where Michigan State is located. Alabama essentially took Clarizio from the Spartans' backyard.
Clarizio is listed at 6-foot, 190 pounds. The 247Sports Composite lists him as the No. 37 running back in the 2025 recruiting class and the No. 6 prospect in Michigan. Alabama assistant coach Robert Gillespie was listed as his primary recruiter. Chris Kapilovic was the secondary recruiter. Clarizio’s commitment gives Alabama its 22nd commit in the 2025 recruiting class. The early signing period opens a week from Wednesday, on Dec. 4. Clarizio is the second running back in the class, joining four-star recruit Akylin Dear.If you purchase a product or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
