Libby was still a student at Spring Garden High School, where Lilly had recently graduated. Lilly was just beginning her college career on our campus, though she had already earned sophomore status through dual enrollment, and her passing is a heartbreaking loss for our campus community.” Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff, It is with great sadness that I share the news that a member of our Jax State.... “She loved a good adventure and was headstrong like her sister. Her strong will made her outspoken, but caring. She always took up for the underdog. She was a planner, always preparing for the future and thinking ahead.”The siblings are survived by their father and stepmother, Ben and Beth McCain, and their mother, Heather Warren McCain. A celebration of life will be held for Lilly and Libby on August 26 at 1 p.m. at Pine Grove Baptist Church in Centre.
