TODAY’s Al Roker is teaming up with his daughter Courtney for a new cookbook called “Al Roker’s Recipes To Live By: Easy, Memory-Making Family Dishes for Every Occasion.” The book is out October 15.

The Rokers are cooking up a family-style feast. Al’s latest cookbook is on the way. Now available for preorder, “Al Roker’s Recipes to Live By” features 100 recipes written by the TODAY weatherman and his daughter Courtney Roker Laga. The cookbook will offer a look into the Rokers’ most cherished recipes for every time of day, skill level and member of the family. Al and Courtney are welcoming readers into their home and action-packed kitchen, where the good vibes always start with a tasty meal.

She lives in New Jersey with her husband Wes and baby daughter Sky. “In this book, you can expect to find recipes that we personally cherish, whether they were passed down in our family or discovered during our culinary adventures together,” Courtney tells TODAY.com. “We’ve poured our hearts into crafting dishes that reflect our shared love for cooking and our cultural heritage.
