AKRON, Ohio – Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens is hosting Ohio Mart, its signature outdoor arts and crafts festival, Oct. 3-6 on its historic ground.
It’s the 57th year the estate has held the event, which features arts and crafts for sale from more than 140 juried artists, according to the Stan Hywet website. Participating artists are skilled in a variety of arts, such as sculpture, garden art, ceramics, textiles, jewelry and hand-crafted furniture. Artisanal foods will also be available from food vendors or in the estate’s food court, including Stan Hywet’s famous hot gingerbread. Wine and beer will be served at the Tudor Rose Pub.
