He is stepping down from his position to serve as a part-time magistrate under Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer. .AKRON, Ohio – Akron Public Schools Board of Education Member Job Esau Perry announced his resignation, according to district spokesperson Mark Williamson.
Perry is stepping down to serve as a part-time magistrate under Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer. As magistrate, he will hear mental health cases, which he has experience with in his previous role as a defense attorney, according to Marsh Stormer. Perry will be appointed next Tuesday and will take the bench on Thursday, Oct. 3, Marsh Stormer said.
