“We’re halfway through the first 100 days, and we’re excited at the progress being made both in accomplishing operational tasks for the city but also beginning the work of broader objectives such as violence intervention, universal pre-K, and better engagement with residents,” Malik said. the plan includes hiring a team for the new administration, modernizing city operations and prioritizing communications and public engagement.
“The beginning of any administration helps set the tone for the rest of the work to follow,” Malik said.
