SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio - A man wanted for stealing two firearms from a Coventry Township gun store, was arrested when he returned to the store and asked to look at another firearm, said Summit County Sheriff deputies.
According to deputies, Kyozz Foster, 21, of Akron, went to the gun store on March 21 and removed two firearms from an unlocked display case while a clerk was distracted.Deputies said Foster went back to the store on March 26, in the same vehicle and wearing the same clothing from the previous theft. When Foster asked to see a firearm, deputies said one employee kept him distracted, while another called deputies.
Foster was taken into custody at the store and is charged with theft from a federally licensed firearms dealer.
