Coley Richardson, 45, of Akron, will be eligible for parole after serving 54 years.

AKRON, Ohio — An Akron man who pleaded guilty last week to the 2019 shooting deaths of three people has been sentenced by a Summit County judge to life in prison.

“Coley Richardson showed no remorse for any of the victims or their family,” Walsh said in a statement. “He murdered them in cold blood. He needs to spend the rest of his life in prison to keep the community safe.” On June 13, Richardson shot 44-year-old Nickole Coleman as she sat in her car in a driveway of a home where Richardson was staying, prosecutors say. On Oct. 17, Richardson shot 59-year-old Michael Anderson following an argument at an Akron home, prosecutors say.
