TOKYO — Akio Toyoda was reappointed as Toyota Motor Corp. ’s chairman at its annual meeting Tuesday but the automaker faced tough questions from shareholders over governance and a continuing probe of fraudulent safety certifications. They also voted down motions requesting that Toyota issue an annual report on its climate-related lobbying activities.
