The main USP of the latest offering is its ability to make contactless payments directly from the wrist instead of having to take out a smartphone. Apart from the contactless payment ability, the Airtel Payments Bank smartwatch features a 1.85-inch with a 550 nits peak brightness and 150 cloud-based customizable watch faces. The wearable device is equipped with a heart-rate monitor, SpO2 sensor, sleep and stress tracker, and menstrual cycle monitor. It packs support for 130 sports modes.
The Airtel Payments Bank smartwatch is IP68-rated dust and water-resistant. It has Bluetooth calling functionality. The device is claimed to offer up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge. The Airtel Payments Bank smartwatch is priced at Rs 2,999. It is offered in Black, Grey, and Blue colour options.
