KUALA LUMPUR: AirAsia are offering special fixed fares between Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok in support of the AFF Mitsubishi Cup between Malaysia and Thailand from Jan 6-11.
AirAsia in a statement today said the all-in return flights from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur are priced at THB 5,000 while the all-in return flights from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok are offered at RM500.
“The all-in return fares inclusive of airport taxes, the Malaysian Aviation Commission fee, fuel surcharges and other applicable fees,” the statement read. These special fixed fares are for the travel period Jan 7-8 from Bangkok to Kuala Lumpur and Jan 10-11 from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok. The national team will face Thailand for the semi-final first-leg match of the 2022 AFF Cup at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil tomorrow.
After the match at Bukit Jalil, the Malaysian team will leave for Bangkok for the return leg of the semi-final at the Thammasat Stadium on Tuesday . — Bernama
