Work closely with technical teams to design and implement chatbots and conversational AI solutions that meet business requirements.Conduct user acceptance testing and validate AI-driven solutions for accuracy, relevance, and functionality.Create and deliver training sessions, user guides, and other documentation for end-users and stakeholders.Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on AI, ML, or chatbot solutions.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Large Language Models , ideally focusing on tools like Amazon Bedrock.
