The upcoming Ahsoka series on Disney+ is only confirmed for one season, but Ahsoka actor Rosario Dawson has given a promising season 2 update.
Months before Ahsoka season 1's scheduled premiere on Disney+, season 2 has received a very promising update thanks to Rosario Dawson. Aside from The Mandalorian and Andor, most of the live-action Star Wars TV shows either have one season released or only have one season confirmed, making a possible Ahsoka season 2 very significant.

"I’m absolutely putting it out into the universe. We’re joking about it, but I’m manifesting it because I feel like I helped Dave [Filoni, Star Wars mastermind and Ahsoka Tano’s co-creator] manifest this role. So I’m ready. I’m excited. I’m willing. I got my ice-packs ready to go for Season 2 and beyond! I would not be mad at that."
Dawson not only makes clear her enthusiasm for the role but the fact that she regularly talks about season 2 with the team behind the Ahsoka show. Her comments on helping Dave Filoni bring the character into live-action are especially promising for the prospect of a second season.Ahsoka's Future Is Bright - Whether Season 2 Happens Or Not Regardless of whether Ahsoka season 2 happens or not, Dawson's comments assure that Ahsoka will have a bright future in Star Wars.
At the same time, a confirmed Ahsoka season 2 would guarantee a Star Wars story that focuses on her specifically, as well as the supporting characters and plot lines that will appear in season 1. Ahsoka season 2 may not be greenlit yet, but Dawson's update makes the possibility much more promising.
