AGC still reviewing Zahid’s representation

THE Attorney-General’s Chambers is still considering the representations by Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to drop 47 charges of criminal breach of trust, corruption and money-laundering involving Yayasan Akalbudi funds, the Kuala Lumpur High Court heard today. Deputy public prosecutor Dusuki Mokhtar told the court a team of prosecutors from the AGC is studying Zahid’s representations and hence the review is still ongoing.
