Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton's office has joined the fight over San Antonio's proposed Justice Charter amendment, with the solicitor general urging the Texas Supreme Court on Wednesday to grant a petition filed by the Texas Alliance for Life Inc. requesting that the city reject the proposed ballot language.
