New York Attorney General Letitia James released body-worn camera video showing officers beating an inmate who died.
Body-worn camera video from Monday, Dec. 9, 2024, shows inmate Robert Brooks surrounded by officers at Marcy Correctional Facility one day before his death.
“These videos are shocking and disturbing, and I advise all to take appropriate care before choosing to watch them," said James. “I just can't even imagine what it was like for them to see their brother, their son, their father's final breaths on this earth.," she said.
