“MVAH is proud to provide diverse housing options to the citizens of Mesquite,” says Darren Smith, MVAH’s head of development for the southwest region. “There hasn’t been workforce-affordable housing development approved since 2013. The complex, which will have a leasing preference for veterans and military families, will have gross restricted rents up to $1,001 for one bedroom, $1,201 for two bedrooms and $1,389 for a three-bedroom unit.
