It was initially approved by the City Council but stalled with the Planning Commission. The meeting went on until after midnight with the Half Moon Bay Planning Commission approving the project 4 to 1."I've gone through a mix of emotions everything from you know hope and just worry," Hernandez-Arriaga said.Once the project hit the Planning Commission for review,it garnered more questions than answers.
"Our questions are not about the importance of these services. We're trying to understand the land use. That's where we're going," Commissioner Rick Hernandez said.
