The caller, who said the driver was an older man with a passenger who was slumped over, noted the Lincoln had a flat tire after hitting a cable box and sewer grate.The driver was trying to help the passenger out of the vehicle.He also said he was driving, but was confused what he had done wrong and why he was stopped.After failing a field sobriety test, the man was arrested for drunken driving.Drunken driving, Royalton Road: On Dec. 20, police observed a speeding and weaving red BMW traveling 50 mph in a 25-mph zone of Royalton Road.When asked how much he had to drink, the man said a couple.After failing a field sobriety test, during which he had a hard time maintaining his balance, the man was arrested for drunken driving.Despite being a CCW permit holder, the driver was cited for improper handling of a weapon, as well as weaving and speeding.
