After CBS's MeToo reckoning, anchor Norah O’Donnell says this is the 'century of women' by KristinStoller ForbesWomen

After more than a decade at NBC News, O’Donnell started at CBS News in 2011 as the chief White House correspondent. She was named a co-host ofAnd O’Donnell says she was not the only female who rose to power after the CBS executive shakeup. In March, Susan Zirinsky became the first female president of CBS News.
After the rumors came out, O’Donnell says Oprah called and told her, “You will not rise without challenge.” It’s an interesting lesson that applies to lots of women, she says. “I do think the 2020 presidential election is the most consequential presidential election of our lifetime,” she says. “There is a reason there are 24 Democrats running.”
