Coral has overgrown the reef stars on Moore Reef after about three years and the metal structure is barely visible.But he says conservationists and reef operators need to consider the land beneath their feet."You need to have them at the table."Citizens of the Great Barrier Reef chief executive Andy Ridley says the stars are one of the more successful conservation projects on the reef.
