The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture has won a three-way lawsuit and is now the owner of the trademark for the popular 'Farm Show Milkshakes.'The lawsuit

The Department of Ag. intervened in the suit, saying it should have the trademark and according to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the trademark was transferred to it in June 2024. In court documents, R.C. Herr LLC denied the Dairymen's claims. They wrote that the Dairymen never specifically branded themselves as "Farm Show Milkshakes."
