Zapp is finally paying for what he's done.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Summary Kif is one of the most tragic characters in Futurama, but after 24 years, he finally gets the revenge he deserves in season 11. Although it is mostly played for laughs, Kif's life is pretty miserable throughout Futurama, with him hating almost everything about who he is with the exception of his relationship with Amy.
Futurama has finally returned, with Hulu bringing the beloved Matt Groening sci-fi series back for an eleventh season more than a decade after the show last went off the air. Surprisingly, Futurama season 11 has managed to maintain a consistent cast and quality with the original series, with the revival continuing many of the major storylines from before the show's untimely cancelation after season 10.
Zapp Brannigan Finally Gets Cancelled In Futurama Season 11, Episode 8 After years of mistreatment, malice, and straight-up idiocy, Zapp Brannigan finally gets cancelled in Futurama season 11, episode 8. The aptly-titled episode "Zapp Gets Cancelled" sees Zapp take things one step too far after exposing himself to the DOOP crew and using Kif as a towel, causing Kif to finally take action.
Why Zapp Is So Terrible To Kif Throughout Futurama Zapp is horrible to Kif throughout the entirety of Futurama, but not for the reasons many expect. Although Zapp is undeniably abusive towards his second-in-command, Zapp doesn't even seem to realize that what he's doing is abusive.
Zapp isn't terrible to Kif in particular, as he seems to act this way towards everyone. In his interactions with the Planet Express crew and other inhabitants of the 31st century, it is clear that Zapp cares about nobody but himself. Zapp causes all kinds of deaths in attempts to stroke his own ego, such as when he blew up the DOOP HQ or flew the Titanic into a black hole.
